Chiropractic Health Assistant — Part-Time, Permanent
Marketplace Chiropractic in Barrhaven is looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Health Assistant to join our team.
This is a permanent, long-term position of approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Early morning and evening availability is required.
Our Chiropractic Health Assistants play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients while keeping a busy practice organized and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who:
- Provides exceptional customer service and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Has a warm, friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Has exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing
- Is highly organized and exceptionally attentive to detail
- Can manage multiple priorities accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Is dependable, responsible, and works well as part of a team
- Is comfortable using computers and has experience with Microsoft Office
- Is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team
Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a professional office environment is an asset.
Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week, Monday-Thursday, including early mornings and evenings
